Exchange Policy

NOTE :: Item(s) purchased using coupon/voucher of above 10% off are not eligible for exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange:

Exchanges are accepted only for items that have a size issue.
Exchanges are accepted only within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Inspection and Approval:

Once we receive your returned item(s), they will be inspected to ensure they meet the exchange conditions.
If the item(s) are approved for exchange, we will process the exchange and send out the replacement item(s) within [3-5 business days].
